The Jaroslav Černi Institute for the Development of Water Resources (JCI) actively collaborates with numerous national and international scientific and technical organizations and associations, such as:  the Serbian Water Pollution Control Society (SDZV), the Association for Water Technology and Sanitary Engineering (UTVSI), the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR), the International Association of Waterworks in the Danube Catchment Area (IAWD), the International Water Association (IWA), Key Lab of 3D Information Acquisition and Application, Capital Normal University (CNU), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
